At KIVALUE, we’ve always believed that planning is the engine of retail performance. But in today’s climate – marked by economic slowdown, tariffs, and political uncertainty – traditional methods are falling short. Retailers can no longer afford slow, siloed planning cycles.

As technology and AI rapidly evolve, so too must retail planning. Spreadsheets and manual processes are giving way to agile, data-informed decision-making. In a volatile market, large-scale system overhauls are often too risky, but targeted, high-impact improvements within existing solutions can deliver measurable results in months, not seasons.

This is why we’re entering a new chapter with a sharper focus on what we do best: delivering value through intelligent retail planning.
Leadership Update

After years of dedicated leadership, KIVALUE’s Co-Founder, Anton Pershin, has decided to step down from his role as CEO to focus fully on growing his new venture, Enstyle, an AI trend navigation platform.

This is a moment of deep gratitude and reflection for all of us at KIVALUE. Under Anton’s guidance, KIVALUE has grown from a bold idea into a respected consulting firm in the fashion retail space. From navigating the uncertainty of COVID to helping our clients thrive through some of the toughest industry shifts in recent history, Anton’s vision, resilience, and commitment to innovation have been nothing short of extraordinary.

While Anton is transitioning out of day-to-day operations, this is by no means a goodbye. KIVALUE and Enstyle share the same DNA – a passion for transforming retail through intelligent, data-driven solutions. Our close collaboration will continue, combining Enstyle’s trend intelligence with KIVALUE’s executional planning expertise to deliver even greater value to our clients.

I, Christoph Graeber, will lead the company forward as Managing Director, supported by our experienced team of retail planning consultants – Giorgio Loiodice, Lutz Kämmerer, Dirk Lahmann, and others – as we expand into new markets and verticals.
